The Pure Leasing Promise

As Director/Licensee of Pure Leasing Central, Cam is very much involved in the day to day leasing and management of our rental portfolio, there is no job within the business that Cam hasn’t done, wouldn’t do, couldn’t do or still doesn’t do!

After graduating from Christ Church Grammar School in 2004, Cam began his real estate career working in a Swanbourne based agency.

He later took over a large residential, commercial and industrial property management department in an agency based in Dunsborough in the South West of Western Australia.

At age 20, Cam became a fully licensed Real Estate Agent, which, at the time, made him one of the youngest in Australia to obtain a real estate license.

In 2010 Cam moved back to Perth and with very little money, 3 properties to manage and a whole lot of youthful enthusiasm, Cam founded and commenced trading as Pure Leasing Central from a spare bedroom at the house he was living in at the time.

Cam has been a keynote speaker at a number of industry conferences in both Australia and New Zealand, and his incessant appetite for learning has resulted in him developing a strong industry network in Australia, New Zealand and the United States.

Cam has been the Chairman of the REIWA Western Suburbs branch chapter since 2018, and served as a member of the REIWA Property Management Chapter for 8 years.

An avid swimmer, Cam has completed 2 solo swim crossings to Rottnest Island and 7 team/duo crossings, and through various swimming events has collectively donated and raised over $80,000 for charity.

Cam and his wife Caitlin have three children a son (Kip) and daughters (Clementine & Winifred ‘Winnie’) and the family enjoys spending time in the beautiful South West or at Rottnest Island.

Caitlin comes to Pure Leasing Central with a seven-year background as a lawyer, having worked in-house for one of the world’s largest FMCG companies and as an employment lawyer for a leading law firm. Her significant commercial experience equips her well for her role as General Manager, where she is working to streamline internal processes and procedures to assist the office run more efficiently and set the business up for the future.

Caitlin is an integral part of Pure Leasing Central’s growth.

When Caitlin is not in the office, she’s busy running around after Caitlin and Cam’s son (Kip) & daughters (Clem & Winnie), and enjoys spending time in the beautiful South West or at Rottnest Island!

Cheryl has an extensive Real Estate background, both in Sales and Property Management. Cheryl’s professionalism & enthusiasm, combined with exceptional organization and time management perfectly equips her to assist Cameron, whom she has worked alongside for many years. Cheryl’s warm, bubbly nature makes her approachable, and personable, which complements her passion for customer service, as well as making her an invaluable asset to the Pure team.

Kahli has been a part of the Pure Leasing Central business for the majority of her career and is currently the longest standing Pure Leasing team member. Joining the company in 2012, Kahli prides herself on her open, honest and transparent dealings with all owners and tenants.

Kahli has fulfilled her goal of growing her portfolio and acquiring an assistant to help her with the day-to-day management of the portfolio.

Kahli understands that she is being entrusted with her clients very valuable asset and to have them satisfied with the service provided and to exceed their expectations, makes her heart sing.

‘I can honestly say that after 10 years in real estate, I still love my industry and what I contribute to it. This love shows through in my work ethic every day.’

Outside the office, Kahli enjoys coaching her son’s tee-ball team, playing mixed netball and spending time with her family.

Bridget has worked in Property Management since 2011, both in Victoria and Western Australia.

At Pure Leasing Central, Bridget has ably assumed the management of an existing portfolio of clients and is looking forward to further developing her skills as she seeks to grow her client base of property owners and tenants. Bridget also enjoys connecting with clients, growing her portfolio and continuing to develop her Property Management and business development skills.

Bridget is delighted to be working with such a great team and is looking forward cementing relationships with her clients.

Carol joined our team in January 2019, and brings a wealth of Property Management experience, having been in the industry since 2004.

Carol has had a very stable career having worked for two agencies prior to joining Pure Leasing Central and values the importance of career stability in order to provide the very best customer service. Carol is well traveled and enjoys fine dining, spending time with her partner and two adult children.

Maddison (Maddi) began working in real estate in 2012, and over the course of her career she has managed properties across Perth’s most exclusive suburbs. She has an insatiable appetite for professional development, and is passionate about providing a first class experience to our clients.

In her spare time Maddi enjoys boxing (classes, not fights!), exercising, bird watching, playing chess and travelling to the South West.

Jay started her career in the Real Estate industry in 1988, her previous roles have included reception to sales administration, property settlements and property management.

Jay enjoys the challenges that property management brings and to see a positive outcome is the best reward.

Born and raised in the central Wheatbelt, her upbringing has taught her to have a great sense of resourcefulness, respect for others and a strong work ethic.

Jay loves to travel and experience different cultures, enjoys good food, reading or just spending time with her family.

With having over 25 years of Real Estate experience, including 11 years as a Trust Account Manager, Ninella’s passion has always been Property Management. Ninella has formed strong and lasting relationships with her clients who value and appreciate her honesty, integrity and the exceptional professional service she provides. Ninella always has a positive outlook on whatever situation comes her way and continually works towards not only meeting clients needs, but exceeding them.

Ninella prides herself on a healthy work life balance, meeting deadlines at work while still having time for friends and family. Ninella is immensely proud of her Italian heritage, and in true Italian fashion, loves entertaining and sharing traditional recipes handed down from her mum!

Pina has been the engine room of Pure Leasing Central since 2014, overseeing the administrative function of the business. She answers the phone, sorts mail, undertakes filing duties, manages our large database of keys and liaises with suppliers, as well as assisting property managers in their day-to-day activities.

Pina is a registered Property Manager meaning she’s well qualified for assisting the entire team. Her leisure time is spent enjoying the company of her three children and friends.

Sally has joined the Pure Leasing team in the role of Leasing Consultant and is responsible for assisting our Property Managers in finding tenants, by conducting home opens, processing applications, providing owner updates and marketing.

Having been in the industry since 2010, Sally comes to Pure Leasing with prior experience as a Senior Property Manager. In her new role, Sally enjoys the challenge of giving support to Pure Leasing’s team of hard-working Property Managers, and matching prospective tenants to their ideal property.

Invaluable support is provided by Ritche to the Pure Leasing team on a daily basis, assisting with all aspects of the administrative process.

Based in the Philippines, and working as a Virtual Assistant, Ritche has developed a flexible set of skills which compliments both her character and professional growth.
