Pure Leasing’s year

A year of Pure achievement

2017/18 has been a big year for Pure Leasing Central.

We have continued to grow and change, adapting to market conditions and continuing to find ways to better serve our clients.

Last August, we relocated to our new offices in Nicholson Road, providing a more convenient base for our clients and more room for our ever-expanding team.

We welcomed four new team members, including one into the new role of Leasing Consultant, allowing for the specialist task of tenant acquisition to be undertaken separately to the wider property management function.

Early in the year we launched our PureFIX maintenance portal, providing a centralised communication hub between ourselves, our clients and our tradespeople – saving our tenants time, and our landlords money.

We have been recognised externally both within our industry and in the wider business arena, being named finalists in two nation-wide awards – the Small Business Champion Awards and the Real Estate Business (REB) Awards.

We’re thankful that we’ve been able to give back to our local community, via sponsorship of two charitable sporting events – the Swim Thru Perth and the Rottnest SwimRun.

Our business facts and figures for 2017/18 continue to lead the way in the local property management industry:

  • Average vacancy rate of 1.94%
  • Leased nearly 300 properties
  • Leased the highest capital value residential rental property in Perth
  • Received over 6,000 prospective tenant enquiries
  • Conducted 1,843 rental/open for inspections
  • Conducted over 1,850 routine inspections

At Pure Leasing Central, we are strong believers in the concept of partnership. While we seek to elevate our business, we commit to do so in a way which is of benefit to all our stakeholders – landlords, tenants, employees, the wider property management industry, and our local community.
